Performing a motorhome sliding door conversion is the process where the factory sliding door on your van or bus is replaced with a fixed fibreglass panel. 

These panels are hard to come by and are keenly sought after in the professional Motorhome industry. The panels are manufactured in our factory at Wakerley and can be delivered all over Australia including Tasmania!

What are the benefits of a DIY door conversion?

Eliminate that annoying sound of the sliding door in the middle of the night, waking up the family and neighbours and losing friends!

Would the colour of the door and panel match my vehicle?

We have colour matched the Arctic White Mercedes Sprinter colour in gelcoat as close as possible. The Volkswagen, Ford Transit & Toyota Coaster are not colour matched but are close.

Are the doors & panels safe?

The Motorhome Door is an Australian made product and has ADR approved acrylic.

Our Toyota Coaster motorhome sliding door conversion is the perfect solution for replacing the original slider or bi-fold door. It's perfectly contoured to the shape of the vehicle (1994 - 2017 models) so it blends in perfectly. 


You'll benefit from having a security door for better cross-ventilation and enjoy the ease of accessing the vehicle without the constant slamming of the slider.
Whether you're doing a full custom coaster conversion from scratch or some minor upgrades, this is a must.

The hinge orientation is taken from looking at the door front on.

All of our fibreglass products are handmade to order. We do not have stocked items. As such, there are varying lead times with all orders placed, please account for this at the time of placing your order.

    For your convenience we provide delivery for most items directly to your home, workplace or address of your choice (excluding some bulky or fragile products and/or delivery to remote locations). Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia.

    This Conversion panel is profiled to the shape of the Coaster Bus (1994 - 2017 models) with an approved Aussie Traveller ADR door. 

    Includes Fibreglass panel, ADR door and Door Strip cover to replace existing sliding door. 

    An ADR approved door is required by law if you have rear belted seats. 

    Aussie Traveller ADR Door features:

    • ADR Approved
    • Frosted window for light and privacy
    • White powder-coated frame and white single piece construction door panel
    • Hinged on the left
    • Radius top corners, square bottom corners
    • Security lock on outer door
    • Separate fly screen door that is NOT a lockable security screen, it is made with simple fly screen material (not security mesh)
    • Double rubber seals to keep out the elements
    • Door frame is 50mm wide
