Refunds and Returns

All products are hand made to order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, or at any time before your production start date if that comes first, for a full refund. This applies to online store orders, deposits and orders paid in full alike.

After that point, we retain 40% of the product price. That retention covers the materials ordered for your job, your place in our production schedule and, where installation is included, the workshop time held for your vehicle.

Freight is refunded in full if we have not yet paid the carrier, and is not refunded once we have.

Returns

If you change your mind about a finished product, you may return it. We retain 40% of the product price, you pay the return freight, and the product must reach us at 1/10 Jones Rd, Capalaba QLD 4157 before any refund is paid. Returned products must be in as new, uninstalled condition.

Some products cannot be returned, because they cannot be sold to another customer:

Products made to non-standard dimensions, including cubicles built shorter or taller than our standard specification and door panels cut to size. Fitted work, once the part has been installed on your vehicle.

These products are still covered by our 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, so please pack and insure accordingly.

Faults and damage

Please inspect your order on arrival, including opening the crate. Report any fault, damage or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.

Refunds or remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
