Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
- Returns must be in as new condition unless faulty.
- Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
- We recommend sending returns via registered courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items on return freight.
- We do not offer an exchange if you simply change your mind.
- Refunds and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving goods and are not available on free promotional items.
- Refunds and return freight is at the buyer's expense
- Refunds are not available for sale items.
Order cancellations
- If notified before the goods have been dispatched, DIY RV Solutions may be able to accommodate order cancellations.
- If the order has been dispatched it will then be considered a return & refund and must meet the above terms.
- The 25% deposit payment required for orders and bookings is non-refundable and will be offered as a 12-month credit for cancellations.
