Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
- All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection or incorrect measurements.
- Refunds or remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Approved return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
- DIY RV Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the approval of DIY RV Solutions.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been ordered, production has commenced or labour has been allocated.
- Deposits are non-refundable. At the discretion of DIY RV Solutions, a 12-month store credit may be issued for approved cancellations made before production commences.
